File a Claim

It is our policy to resolve claims via email for the protection of all parties involved. Claims WILL NOT be discussed in person or over the phone. To file a claim please send a detailed email with the vehicle year, make, model and license plate or last 6 of the VIN plus the location of tow and the reason for the claim to swatcustomercare@vmsolutions.com

***If you are a submitting a claim due to damages please include photo evidence of the damages. Photos must be taken at before leaving the storage facility.
